Beta Software Agreement
ChatRoutes is currently in beta testing. By using this service, you acknowledge that the software is experimental, may contain bugs, and that features may change or be removed without notice. These terms will be updated for the final release.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mednosis LLC, the company behind ChatRoutes ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our conversational AI branching platform and related services.
By accessing or using ChatRoutes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our services.
Beta Version Limitations
Beta Software Disclaimers:
- Experimental Nature: Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change
- No Service Level Agreements: No uptime guarantees during beta testing
- Data Loss Risk: While unlikely, data loss may occur during updates or migrations
- Feature Changes: Features may be modified, removed, or discontinued without notice
- Limited Support: Support is provided on a best-effort basis
- Feedback Required: Users may be contacted for feedback and testing participation
- No Commercial Guarantees: Beta services are not intended for mission-critical applications
Account Registration & Use
Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- One account per person or organization
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ChatRoutes only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:
- Use the service for illegal activities or to violate others' rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
- Share your API keys or account access with unauthorized parties
- Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Overload our systems or attempt to disrupt service
- Use automated tools to abuse rate limits or quotas

ChatRoutes provides AI-powered conversation branching technology that enables:
- Multi-path conversation flows with context preservation
- API access for integrating conversational AI into applications
- Analytics and insights into conversation patterns
- Custom branching logic and decision trees
- Enterprise-grade conversation management tools
Beta Note: Current features represent core functionality. Additional features are in development and will be added throughout the beta period and beyond.
Billing & Payments
Beta Pricing
- Free tier available with usage limitations
- Paid plans available for increased usage and features
- Beta pricing may differ from final launch pricing
- Early adopter discounts may be available
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Refunds may be available for unused services (contact support)
- Usage overages will be charged according to plan terms
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Data Rights & Privacy
Your Data
- You retain ownership of your conversation data and content
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- We implement industry-standard security measures

- No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service availability
- AI Limitations: AI responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unpredictable
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content
- Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
- Beta Risks: Beta software may have bugs, data loss, or unexpected behavior
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services
Termination
By You
- You may terminate your account at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You can export your data before account deletion
By Us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- We will provide reasonable notice except for severe violations
- Beta service may be discontinued with 30 days notice
Beta to Production Transition
Transition Terms:
- Beta users will receive priority access to the production version
- Data will be migrated to the production system with user consent
- Updated Terms of Service will be provided before production launch
- Beta pricing and features may change in the production version
- Users will have the option to continue or discontinue service
- 30-day notice will be provided before any major changes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of New Jersey, United States.

Continued use of ChatRoutes after Terms updates constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
